It's a purposefully built place for ambitious and competitive sailors. It offers good facilities, including gear and clothes drying and self-catering set-up. The food offered by the House is excellent and nutritionally caters for the country top athletes.

Rooms are nice every thing you need can dry your sailing kit in the bathroom over night for the next day where all of the top sailers stay
